Day 82 part 2


Today's jumping went very well.
It is probably because I had enough sleep.
Workout was also good.
Longer plank x 4 went well, too.

SLEEP makes a huge difference.

    My jumping was still full of exhaustion-filled trips this morning, but after 9 hours of sleep i felt stronger overall. now i just need to get enough sleep more than one night a week!
