Day 86

Sore throat is gone but I was coughing all day today.

I did Day 86 workout. Full version.
I wanted to get rid of my cough by sweating.
It worked. I feel much better.

V-sit & Plank super set was a killer !!
Actually I was surprised that I can do planks better than V-sits.

4 more days, really?

I've been thinking a lot of things. Jenny's post made me think about why I am here. Why I chose to do PCP?   But I will write about it some other time.

  1. I'm coughing with you. I woke up last night in a coughing fit and thought maybe coughing can be my new ab exercise! Or, maybe not.

    Yes, really, 4 more days. WTF!

  2. When my husband gets a bad cough for a few days, his six pack re-emerges. That's ALL he has to do. Makes me crazy. Coughing definitely works your abs!

    I'll be interested to hear what you think now about your reasons for doing the PCP. :)
