Day 36

Today is the day I do my workout with Patrick.

Pistol squat was hard. I could not go lower.
And Bicycle was also very very hard. I couldn't lift my legs.
I almost collapsed before the end of the last set of 40 seconds Plank.  I was surprised that I finished today's workout in 40 minutes.
If I want to lose fat, extra jumps will be the way to do it, and no rest after every 100 jumps....
Wow.... but I really really want to get rid of FAT.

  1. Go for it, Naoko! If you're feeling good, throw in a extra few hundred. After completing 1300, it'll feel like nothing! :)

  3. According to Patrick, the best time to jump for max fat burning is first thing in the morning after you wake up, before eating or drinking anything. I've been jumping twice a day for over 2 weeks now, I like it. Morning jumping wakes me up, 2nd session when I get home from work/before dinner is nice to get the blood pumping after sitting at my desk all day...
